Concerned about the welfare of the investment, we must take care of the construction site first. The basic element of starting construction is the development of the construction site, along with the protection of nearby roads and the creation of social facilities for workers that allow them to carry out their work freely.
We offer you assistance in organizing the construction site in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on occupational safety and health during construction work. Our offerings include:
- Construction site fencing
- Construction of access roads
- Provision of construction facilities – arrangement of social and hygienic and sanitary rooms
- Provision of special lighting – local lighting at workstations
- Electricity and water supply and sewage disposal
- Mobile stairs
- Unloading platforms
Fencing the construction site is an important element in the investment process, it largely prevents unauthorized people from entering the site. At a construction site, we can erect a temporary fence covering the area of the construction site itself only, or a target fence that encloses our entire plot, the erection of which should be carefully delineated beforehand. However, for large-scale developments, for which heavy equipment is used to erect structures, temporary fences are a safer solution, which are less likely to be damaged.
Construction fencing under the construction law does not require a permit. When the planned fence does not exceed 2.20 meters, then we can proceed to erect it without any formalities.
The construction of access roads is another important element associated with the start of construction. This is due to the requirement to create adequate access at the site for heavy machinery traffic, among others. excavators, crawlers or mobile platforms. A common solution used to create a quality road is road slabs. Their advantages include high compression and abrasion ratings. In addition, they have high resistance to moisture, and are frost resistant. Therefore, they are ideal for changing weather conditions, we can have guarantees that heavy equipment will not bury itself in heavy rainfall on waterlogged ground. They are extremely easy to assemble and disassemble and can serve for a very long time and can be reused on other construction sites.
An alternative to road slabs can be geo-grid and gravel, but this solution will not work for constant heavy equipment traffic.
When preparing a construction site, it is also important to remember to separate social and hygiene and sanitary areas for workers. All premises must meet the requirements that are contained in the Decree of the Minister of Infrastructure on occupational safety and health during construction work. In an outdoor work environment, there should be a place for workers to stay warm in the winter or shelter from possible rain. The best solution is to erect social containers, which will ideally protect you from adverse external conditions.
In addition, when planning construction, we must remember to adequately light the construction site and bring local lighting to the work sites. We are able to help bring electricity to the construction site with the provision of work lamps, which will help ensure the safety of workers on site and have a positive impact on the comfort of the work.
